Our History


Founded in the Miami, Florida by group of ex-Cambridge Technology Partners to implement Siebel, Clarify, Vantive and Peoplesoft CRM in the Americas. Eventually started to implement Salesforce.


Direct operations in Latin America begin with regional offices. Solvis Consulting forms the first regional CRM collaborative association - CustomerForever.


Solvis Consulting completes various SAS Marketing Automation implementations with leading retail, banking, and telecommunication companies in Latin America. Solvis Consulting opens its regional office in Mexico, under José Corona’s leadership.

Jesús Hoyos launches his first blog dedicated to CRM in the Latin America Region: 

Solvis Consulting establishes an alliance with Centro de Formación de Call Center (Training for Call Centers) in Cordoba, Argentina, in order to represent and market Solvis Consulting’s services in South America’s Southern Cone.


Solvis Consulting implements a CRM certification program for the region, based on Paul Greenberg’s book, "CRM At The Speed Of Light".


Along with 10 other co-founders, Solvis Consulting’s managing partners establish Social Media Club Mexico, an organization dedicated to promote the adoption of social media networks in Mexico.

First seminars on social media networks and CRM in Mexico, also known as Social CRM.
